What it does
PropertyAI is a workspace for organisations that inspect homes regularly and have to show what they found.
The video is analysed room by room. Every finding carries the exact frame it came from, so it can be checked in seconds.
Nothing is final until your inspector has reviewed it. Findings can be edited, added or removed with the evidence alongside.
Signatures are collected from the named people through a private link, and the signed PDF stays with the property's history.
